Amleto, adapted from Riccardo Bacchelli and directed by Carlo Alighiero for A.T.A. Teatro, featured Elena Cotta in the title role, becoming one of the first Italian productions to cast a woman as Hamlet. I composed the original stage music for the production, one of my earliest professional commissions for the theatre.
